Shipping policy

Free US shipping

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. Standard shipping is free on every order.

Processing and delivery times

• Processing: orders are usually prepared and handed to the carrier within 1-3 business days.
• Delivery: most orders arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping, so usually 4-10 business days in total.

Orders ship from a fulfillment partner's US warehouse. If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Delays and lost packages

If tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of payment, email us at ashdijkstra0525@gmail.com and we will reship or refund it. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout; we can't be responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer, but we will do our best to help.
