<p>This website is operated by Honed Home, a business run by Ryo Ozeki (sole proprietor) in Japan. By placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.</p>
<h2>Products and pricing</h2>
<p>We aim to describe products and prices accurately. Prices are shown in US dollars; applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or becomes unavailable, we will contact you and either cancel the order with a full refund or offer an alternative.</p>
<h2>Safe use</h2>
<p>Knife sharpeners and sharpened knives are sharp. Follow the included instructions, keep fingers away from the edge, and keep products out of reach of children. Use the product only for its intended purpose.</p>
<h2>Orders</h2>
<p>Please provide accurate contact and shipping information. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or that we cannot fulfill, in which case you will be refunded in full.</p>
<h2>Limitation of liability</h2>
<p>To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.</p>
