Refund Policy

Our 30-Day Guarantee

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or a product doesn't work as described or isn't as pictured, email us at contact@pantrywisestore.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a short description (photos help). We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund of the item price, whichever you prefer. In most cases you do not need to send the item back.

Other returns

If you'd like to return an item for another reason, email us within 30 days of delivery before sending anything back. We review these requests case by case and will reply with options. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be refundable.

Orders that never arrive

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of payment, contact us and we will reship it or refund it in full.

Cancellations

To cancel an order before it ships, email us as soon as possible. If the order has not been handed to the carrier yet, we will cancel it and refund you in full.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
