Shipping Policy

Free US shipping

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only. Standard shipping is free on every order.

Processing and delivery times

• Processing: orders are usually prepared and handed to the carrier within 1-3 business days.
• Delivery: this depends on the item and where it ships from. Items shipped from a US warehouse generally arrive faster. Items shipped from overseas warehouses usually arrive within about 5-14 days after shipping, and sometimes take longer. Please allow up to three weeks in total.

Orders ship from our fulfillment partners' warehouses, in the US or overseas depending on the item. If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

Delays and lost packages

If tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of payment, email us at contact@pantrywisestore.com and we will reship or refund it. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout; we can't be responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer, but we will do our best to help.
