Overview

This website is operated by Pantrywise, a business run by Ryo Ozeki (sole proprietor) in Japan. By placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

Products and pricing

We aim to describe products and prices accurately. Prices are shown in US dollars; applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or becomes unavailable, we will contact you and either cancel the order with a full refund or offer an alternative.

Safe use

Some of our products are sharp or sensitive to heat. Follow the instructions on the product page and included with your order: keep sharpening tools and sharpened knives away from fingers and out of reach of children; keep beeswax-coated items away from stoves, ovens, dishwashers and direct sun; and do not use food-storage items for raw meat or fish. Use every product only for its intended purpose.

Orders

Please provide accurate contact and shipping information. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or that we cannot fulfill, in which case you will be refunded in full.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
